Michael heard about SiteCapture after a brief summary of the product piqued his interest enough to reach out to our support team. He said “I expected weeks and weeks of wait time and to be treated like an idiot but I was so impressed with SiteCapture’s tech support. Lauren and Robin were product experts and communicated quickly and effectively.” When Michael was asked what it was that sparked his curiosity about the product. “I was interested in integrating our data into Salesforce and wanted to know if SiteCapture was compatible with that. Fast forward to today, we have fully integrated with the SiteCapture API to Salesforce.”
AR Solar mainly uses SiteCapture for solar job site inspections to track completed site visits and generate reports with finished marketing photos. With photo and data storage being such an important part of AR Solar’s business, “Our team will look at those photos for 25+ years depending on the warranty,” Michael said they had been depending on Dropbox for storage prior to switching over to SiteCapture. “It [Dropbox] was hard to organize and keep track of the completed sites. SiteCapture has a user-friendly interface and a customer success team that is top-notch.”
